My Shoes Don't Fit - What Do I Do?
Our shoes are made just for you and we strive to make these the best shoes you've ever worn. Alas, there is times we don't get things right that will matter to you. Or there could be an error in the data we collected. Or it could be Friday the 13th.
If you are unhappy, contact us and we'll make you a new pair with your feedback. What other shoe brand can offer that?
Can I Have A Refund?
Yes. We want to ensure you are happy with the service and shoes we offer. But understand sometimes we might not be right for you and offer a 30 day money back guarantee.
What Is The Warranty On My Shoes?
This Feetz, Inc. (“Feetz”) product has a Limited Lifetime Warranty which covers the ordinary use of this particular Feetz product as custom-fit footwear. Feetz hereby warrants to the consumer for whom the footwear is built that this Feetz product will be free of any defect in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. The sole and exclusive remedies for any breach of this warranty shall be the obligation of Feetz, at its sole option, to either refund the purchase price of the Feetz product, or repair or replace the non-functioning or defective Feetz product provided it is returned to Feetz as provided in the Feetz Refund Policy. In order to ensure that all warranty claims are valid, Feetz may require that you provide proof of purchase. Feetz reserves the right to replace any discontinued product with one of equal value. This warranty excludes damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship. Feetz shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damages to persons or property resulting from the use of this product or any failure of or defect in this product. The repair or replacement of any non-functioning or defective product or the refund of the purchase price, at Feetz option, shall constitute Feetz’s only liability, whether such liability is based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise.
Feetz Inc and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at its discretion, including, without limitation, if Feetz Inc believes that customer conduct violates applicable laws, disrupts our normal business activities or is harmful to the interests of Feetz Inc and/or its affiliates.
